TASMANIA’S WINE PRODUCING REGIONS

Whilst Tasmania is only recognised as one wine region by most of Australia, like all other states we have defined wine growing regions within the state. All regions offer their own distinctive soil types and flavour profiles that characterise the wines made from each of these regions.
We at The Doctor Syntax have worked with our local vineyards and endeavour to represent as many of the sub regions in Tasmania from Coal River, Huon & Derwent Valley in the south to Central East Coast through to the Tamar Valley and Pipers River in the North offering our diners a truely Tasmanian journey through vines around Tasmania.
